The Hens won the first two games of the set, (11-10, 6-1). Tonight’s game is part of an eight-game roadtrip as the club will travel to Columbus for a four-game series after Wednesday’s off day.
vs. THE HENS: The Bisons are 2-4 against the Mud Hens so far in 2009. The teams split a four-game series back at Coca-Cola Field, July 16-19. Despite losing the last two games against the Hens, the Herd still has a .564 overall winning pct. (53-41) against Toledo since returning to the IL in 1998.

Takahashi has an impressive 1.70ERA with 13 walks to 26 strikeouts in 37.0 innings of work for the Bisons on the season.

Released at the end of camp by Milwaukee, the veteran had just three at-bats in extended spring after signing with the Mets on April 25. After just 19 hits in his first 108 at-bats with the Herd, Lamb has averaged .303 (56-185) since May 29. He is currently on a five-game hit streak where he has averaged .526 (10-19) with 6RBI, July 29-August 2.
MR. CONSISTANCY: OF Jesus Feliciano has been the best hitter for the Bisons all season long. Feliciano has averaged .342 (25-73) since the All-Star break and has been held without a hit in just four games since the start of July. Overall, Feliciano’s .311 average is sixth best in the International League while his 113 hits are 4th best. He also stole his team-high 12th base last night.
ROSTER MOVE: RHP Jim Ed Warden joins the Bisons from Binghamton (AA) today. Warden was 0-1 with a 1.42ERA and 1 save in 20 relief appearances with the B-Mets (25.1IP, 22H, 21K).
