Tides win pitchers duel
The Bisons had a window of opportunity late, thanks to a Tide error, but Norfolk rebounded to take a 3-1 win on Mother’s Day. While Mike Lamb drove home the run in the ninth, Argenis Reyes collected two of the four hits for Buffalo during the loss. Nelson Figueroa spun six solid innings but couldn’t spit the hook.
