TO SUM IT UP: Kirk Nieuwenhuis and Lucas Duda both drove in runs and starter Chris Schwinden had just as many hits at the plate than he allowed on the mound. It looked like the Herd was going to have an easy afternoon at Coca-Cola Park, until Jeff Frandsen took over the contest. The IronPigs shortstop hit a three-run home run in the sixth inning and singled in two more runs in the seventh as Lehigh Valley rallied for a 7-2 victory over the Bisons.

FAST FACTS: Buffalo is now just 2-4 on its eight-game roadtrip with two more contests in Allentown, PA… Nieuwenhuis had four hits, the Bisons third four-hit performance of the season and second on their current roadtrip… Ruben Tejada had four hits on Thursday in Rochester…Raul Chavez was 2-4 at the plate for his first multi-hit game as a Bison… Chavez threw out Josh Barfield twice trying to steal second base and also picked off a runner with a snap-throw to first base.
