PawSox bounce Bisons

When a team is mired in an offensive slump, manufacturing runs and taking advantage of opponents’ miscues is a must in order to win ball games. That’s exactly what Pawtucket, the IL’s worst offensive team, did Wednesday night. Josh Reddick’s sacrifice fly in the bottom of the ninth inning gave Pawtucket a 3-2 walk-off win over the Bisons Wednesday night at McCoy Stadium.

BISONS NOTES:
The Mets have recalled Bisons RHP Lance Broadway to take the place of Oliver Perez, who is undergoing season-ending knee surgery. Broadway was 5-7 with 6.27ERA in 16 games and 14 starts with the Herd.
