Monday night splits
Buffalo opened a nine game, eight day homestand with a twin bill against Rochester Monday night. The Bisons were beaten 8-2 in the opener and rallied in the bottom of the ninth to win in the nightcap, 8-7 against the Redwings.
Buffalo returns to action on Tuesday at 7:05 p.m. The game will be telecast on Time Warner Cable SportsNet (channel 13).
