Mets call Fossum
The New York Mets have selected the contract of Buffalo Bisons LHP Casey Fossum. To make roster room, the Mets designated RHP Nelson Figueroa for assignment. Fossum will join the Mets bullpen on Tuesday when the club opens a 3-game series in St. Louis.
