Mets set Binghamton staff
New manager Tim Teufel will be flanked by a pair of returning Binghamton Mets coaches for the 2010 season. The New York Mets announced today that Mark Brewer, a member of the B-Mets coaching staff in 2006, will assume the role of pitching coach and Luis Natera will return for his third season as hitting coach.
The Bisons field staff has been set since Thanksgiving. Ken Oberkfell will return as manager of the Buffalo Bisons for the 2010 season. Pitching Coach Ricky Bones will also remain a part of the Herd’s staff while Jack Voigt has been promoted from the Brooklyn Cyclones (A) to take over as the team’s new Hitting Coach.
